Delivery times
- Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days of purchase.
- You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Peak seasons and weather can add a few days; we will keep you posted.

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Lost, late or damaged packages
If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, your order is past the 14-business-day window, or a package arrives damaged, contact us or email support@vseeboxconnect.com with your order number and a photo of any damage. We will trace it with the carrier and replace or refund it.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away; we can update it until the order ships.
