These terms apply to every order placed on the vSeeBox Store website (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. If something here is unclear, contact us or email support@vseeboxconnect.com before you buy and we will gladly explain.

1. Who we are

vSeeBox Store is an authorized reseller of vSeeBox streaming devices and accessories, selling to customers in the United States. vSeeBox is a trademark of its owner; we are an independent retailer.

2. Products

vSeeBox devices are hardware streaming boxes. We sell the hardware only. We do not sell, provide or control any channels, subscriptions or content, and we make no promise about the availability of any third-party app or service. You are responsible for using your device only with apps and content you are licensed to access.

Product photos and specifications come from the manufacturer and are as accurate as we can make them. Minor differences in packaging or accessories can occur between production batches.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to US addresses unless stated otherwise.
• An order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly listed in error, or a payment cannot be verified.
• Sale prices show the regular price we normally charge and are valid while the offer is shown.
• Free gifts (such as the Mini Keyboard + 64GB USB bundle) are included as described at the time of purchase and have no cash value. If you return a box, its free gift should be returned with it.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How the charge appears: your card statement will show DIVA* VSEEBOX. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us first; we will sort it out quickly.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Every order ships with tracking and most arrive within 7 to 14 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Warranty

Every vSeeBox device includes a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See our Warranty page.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use products bought from us to infringe anyone’s rights or break the law. We may refuse service to anyone who misuses our store, payment systems or support channels.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the availability or performance of third-party apps, networks or content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
