We want you to love your vSeeBox. If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
How to start a return
- Contact us or email support@vseeboxconnect.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply with return instructions and the return address, usually within one business day.
- Pack the item with all included accessories (and any free gift that came with it), preferably in its original box.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method.
- Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Items must be returned complete and undamaged. Missing accessories or damage beyond normal testing may reduce the refund.
Defective or damaged on arrival
If your item arrives damaged or does not work, contact us within 30 days. We will replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping. After 30 days, the one-year warranty applies.
Changed your mind?
That is fine. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns may be deducted from the refund; we will tell you the cost before you send anything.
